He/She assists with incident management, problem resolution, and change management to achieve manufacturing goals while minimizing production loss due to IT issues. He/She collaborates with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, and Quality Control to provide IT support to business lines.Main Responsibilities:Perform implementation and 1st level support of mission-critical plant applications, including troubleshooting, configuration, and access management.Provide daily assistance to the facility for system and software issues.Job ProfileQualifications:Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.Knowledge of C# programming language.Knowledge of machine monitoring, performance and quality systems, component tracking, engineering, and identification systems is a plus.Knowledge of IT manufacturing system applications and plant support is a plus.Skills:Analyze, develop solutions, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.Ability to solve problems individually and in a team, make timely decisions.Experience with computer software, equipment, networking, SQL Server, and database management.Knowledge of plant operations (processes/systems).Fluent in English.Benefits:Hybrid work environment.Flexible hours and one day off per month.Company restaurant.Technical and soft skills training.Job rotation opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
