Responsibilities
1Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects
2Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents
3Identify technical risks and resolving system issues during project implementation
4Prepare and negotiate technical agreements
5Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information
6Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.
Requirements
1Bachelor''s degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors
2Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems
3Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology
4Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions
5Priority given to those with 10 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.)
6Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
7Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills;
8Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills.
