Role Summary: As a Business Unit Manager, you will lead strategic growth across key accounts, scaling client engagements to maximize their potential while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management, expanding awareness of DevOns solutions, managing recruitment and retention, and fostering consultant satisfaction and career growth. This role requires a proactive leader who can translate client needs into growth opportunities, directly impacting DevOn's success and market presence. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across existing client accounts. Understand and address client challenges, aligning DevOns solutions to meet business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor, driving customer satisfaction (CSAT) and long-term partnerships. Solution Awareness and Upselling Educate clients about DevOns diverse solution portfolio, including data, AI, cloud computing, DevOps, and software development. Create and execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to expand account potential. Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations to highlight DevOns value proposition. Recruitment and Quality Assurance Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify and onboard top-tier professionals in various technical domains. Maintain stringent quality assurance standards across all client deliverables. Consultant Management and Retention Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain high employee satisfaction and engagement. Define growth paths for consultants, aligned with individual career aspirations. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among consultant teams. Strategic Growth Execution Assess client needs and create detailed growth roadmaps. Upskill consultant teams and implement cross-selling initiatives to enhance client portfolios. Scale recruitment efforts to double consultant capacity while maintaining delivery excellence. Achieve maximum account growth potential with a focus on retention and sustainability. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in account management, client delivery, or equivalent leadership roles. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster long-lasting client relationships. Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and emerging technologies like AI and cloud computing. Demonstrated success in scaling client accounts and driving business growth. Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Native Dutch speaker. 5+ years of experience in client delivery and leadership roles. Advanced certifications in Agile, DevOps, or related domains
