Italy serves as the Group''s Competence Center for Navigation Aids products and non-Radar Surveillance Products.Key ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert in Navigation Air Systems (NAS), understanding technical compatibilities among Thales products.Develop a thorough understanding of materialization related to specific sites.Assist Project Engineers and Bids Managers in bid preparation before contract signing.Support Project Managers and the Project Management Office in preparing the Project List post-contract signing.Gain proficiency in the Company Product Data Management system (PDM), including handling Engineering Change Requests (ECR).Develop skills in the Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) for logistics, procurement, stock management, and deliveries.Serve as the main reference for Customer Bill Of Material (BOM) aspects, supporting Project Engineers and interfacing with customers and suppliers.Skills, Experience, and QualificationsFluent Italian (preferred) to facilitate team collaboration and learning.English proficiency (at least B1, preferably B2) for communication with Thales entities, customers, and suppliers.Basic knowledge of Thales IT ecosystem (PDM & ERP) and processes (preferable good knowledge).Understanding of technical drawings.Problem-solving mindset.Teamwork with responsibility.Nice-to-HaveEngineering degree, preferably Mechanical.CAD experience for minor drawing modifications.Previous experience in IS/IT, especially in data management or analytics.Over three years of industrial experience.Additional language skills, preferably French.At Thales, we offer careers, not just jobs.
