Job Title: IAM Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and implement IAM features
- Draft technical designs and operational documentation
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with technical agreements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to manage delivery timelines and outcomes
- Actively contribute to ongoing and new projects related to identity and access
- Ensure the quality, stability, and scalability of IAM systems
- Provide second-line support and resolve issues within the IAM environment
Your Profile:
- Prior experience in a similar technical application or IAM-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
- Experience scripting with PowerShell and/or VB.NET (or a comparable language)
- Familiarity with SSIS, or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of Quest One Identity Manager is a significant advantage
- Communicative, self-starting, and solution-oriented
- Dutch and English both are needed
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with other IAM tools such as Azure AD, Okta, or SailPoint
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements in complex IT environments
