About the Role
Youll work closely with brand leaders and apparel designers to create trend-led, seasonal graphic stories and prints across both kidswear or womenswear. The team thrives on collaboration, creative experimentation, and fast-paced execution no egos, just great ideas and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Create on-trend graphic concepts, placements, and all-over prints for kidswear and womenswear
- Conduct and apply visual trend research, including pop culture and social media inspiration
- Develop detailed artwork files, repeat patterns, color separations, and print-ready assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, buying, and production teams to ensure graphics align with product vision
- React quickly to emerging visual trends with agile design updates
- Use customer and sales feedback to refine future design directions
- Stay on top of global market and competitor graphic trends
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Communication, or a related field
- 35+ years of experience in fashion graphics, ideally with kidswear and/or womenswear
- Strong portfolio showcasing trend-driven graphic design for apparel
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (bonus: experience with print production processes)
- Deep understanding of Gen Z aesthetics, youth culture, and emerging trends
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Passionate about fashion, social media, and customer-first design thinking
