Job Title: Scrum Master / Release ManagerIn Miniclip, you will support the Product team at our Genoa (Italy) Games Development Studio to ensure the successful production and timely release of our games, leveraging the close relationship between Agile development and release planning.Your RoleGuide the team on self-organization and mentor on filling the intentional gaps in the Scrum framework.Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies to meet release requirements.Support and educate the Product Owner on backlog management and Agile practices such as User Stories.Facilitate Scrum events, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.Model servant leadership to support team development.Coach teams towards higher maturity levels.Forecast releases using Agile planning techniques based on transparency.Foster a culture focused on delivering high-quality products.Manage release rollouts and address issues to mitigate impact on KPIs.Your SkillsExcellent communication skills.At least one year of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team practicing Scrum.Knowledge of Agile and engineering practices such as User Stories, Sprint Retrospectives, TDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Pair Programming, etc.Drive for continuous improvement.Proficiency in at least two Agile Coaching Framework tools: facilitation, mentoring, teaching, or professional coaching, with strong technical, business, or transformation expertise.Good situational awareness and positive regard for team members.Desirable skills include a strong technical background in software development and Agile certifications with demonstrable experience.Application & Additional InformationYou will work in our Genoa studio, known for its friendly atmosphere, with amenities like games, pool, and benefits such as medical coverage, meal vouchers, language lessons, and more.Miniclip, founded in 2001, is a global leader in digital gaming with over 400 million monthly active users and a portfolio of popular games like 8 Ball Pool and Subway Surfers.
