About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Analyst / Associate to join our Investment Banking MA Benelux Coverage Benelux Investment Banking Team in Amsterdam. As an Analyst / Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions (MA) transactions, financial advisory services, and strategic initiatives for our clients across the Benelux region. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including company valuation, financial modeling (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis) Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation to support deal execution Assist in conducting due diligence, market research, and industry analysis to identify potential MA opportunities Support the execution of live transactions, including managing data rooms, coordinating with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights to clients Work closely with senior bankers and clients to provide high-quality advisory services Qualifications Skill: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, MA, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or related field Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with a solid understanding of corporate finance principle Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, etc.) A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative Language Requirement: Dutch or Belgian National or fluent in Dutch English
