We are looking for a dynamic Club Lounge Agent to join our pre-opening team.
The role will report to the Chief Concierge.
Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italys most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.
The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle all Guests interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Staying one step ahead of our Guests needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
- Being our Guests trusted contact
- Be knowledgeable regarding activities available in the city and establish close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
- Resolving guest issues and using their feedback to improve guest satisfaction
- Ensuring every guest enjoys discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentiality
- Overseeing the Regency Club Lounge operations
Skills and requirements:
- Preferred working experience with similar roles in lifestyles hotels.
- Good understanding of hotel operations, front desk, guest relations and concierge procedures
- Bachelors degree / higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration, or at least 2 years experience as Concierge/Guest Service agent
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and public holidays.
