GXO Logistics is looking for a Troubleshooter in Venray to further optimize its IT-driven processes.
What You Do On a Typical Day
As a Troubleshooter, you make a significant contribution to the quality of our logistics processes. You monitor the operation of the WMS system, identify bottlenecks, and translate these into further changes and improvements. You follow and manage these adjustments. You share your specific knowledge widely within the organization. Additionally, you are the first point of contact for all IT-related issues in the logistics process, both for users and external parties.
You work closely with the central IT specialists within GXO. Therefore, you are the connecting link between the business and the central IT department.
