The companys pipeline includes markets in the USA, EU, Australia, Chile, Oman, and others.The CO2 Battery is a standardized, modular product utilizing off-the-shelf industrial components with established global supply chains, allowing for rapid scaling and adoption worldwide. Energy Dome offers the CO2 Battery both as a technology supplier and through an energy storage-as-a-service or Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model. The company comprises a diverse, motivated team passionate about sustainability.Currently, Energy Dome has launched its BOO arm, developing projects across multiple countries. To support this growth, the company seeks a Project Finance Manager (Energy Storage as a Service) to oversee project finance activities within the BOO team, including financial modeling, tolling pricing, and securing investment to reach financial close. This role offers significant career development opportunities.Location: Milan headquartersReporting to: COO, Energy Storage as a ServiceInternal interactions: BOO team, Corporate Development Sales, Regions, Technology teamsExternal interactions: Project Investors, Customers, Third Party Developers, AdvisorsKey ResponsibilitiesOwnership of financial modeling for projects, ensuring accurate tolling pricing for negotiations.Data collection, assumptions, and sensitivities integration into models.Ensuring models meet market standards and pass investor due diligence.Building models to inform negotiations with investors, customers, and developers.Assessing credit quality and risks of project counterparties.Quantifying project risk exposure and mitigation strategies.Aligning project funding with corporate finance needs, collaborating with relevant teams.Structuring, due diligence, and managing relationships with project investors.Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with third-party investors.Leading structuring of AssetCo and DevCo arrangements.Managing due diligence processes for projects.Coordinating information flow with BOO and other teams.Advising on project capital structures and negotiating investment terms.Preparing documentation for Investment Committee and Board approval.Overseeing legal processes to reach financial close, including contractor and advisor management.Qualifications5-10 years of experience in project finance within renewable energy, energy storage, or infrastructure.Proficiency in financial modeling.Strong network with infrastructure funds, asset managers, and private equity investors.Experience in structuring project transactions and dedicated vehicles.Track record of bringing projects to financial close.Engineering or finance degree, or substantial experience in project development with technical content.Experience in technology scale-ups is advantageous.LanguagesProficient English required; Italian and/or Spanish preferred.Interpersonal SkillsTeam player with strong communication abilities.Trust-building and stakeholder influence skills.Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.Ability to manage short-term milestones and develop long-term partnerships.Commercial awareness and ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Open-mindedness and effective communication across all organizational levels.Resilience in ambiguous or high-pressure situations.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance bonuses, stock options.Flexible/hybrid work arrangements.Inclusive, innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
