Our expertise lies in supporting Field Services Operations through consulting in digital transformation.
In short, we help transform traditional operations into a smart, customercentric and efficient approach.
We are now looking for a freelance or permanent Business Analyst who will drive the shaping of our clients service transformation journeys.
You will work with internal and client stakeholders across Service Operations, Finance and IT.
Your mission: scan, design and help implement the processes, governance and tools in line with the expected outcome and value in a well-known service company.
Your main responsibilities
- Map and analyse endtoend Service Operations processes and downstream procedures (onboarding flows, workorder handling, field execution, billing triggers).
- Capture feedback from customers and technicians to identify pain points, improvement opportunities and quick wins.
- Build effortversusvalue matrix and contribute to build an improvement roadmap (shortterm quick wins & midterm initiatives).
- Define informationmanagement governance including archiving rules and a single source of truth via an AIpowered Our Client wiki.
- Supported by a Salesforce expert, conduct a deep dive into the existing Salesforce environment: evaluate current usage, data quality and automation potential; recommend enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories; collaborate with implementation partners and change leads during implementation.
- Support rollout of new processes and tools, including test planning, training materials and adoption tracking.
- Monitor KPIs to measure realised benefits and drive continuous improvement.
Profile we are looking for
- 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in service operations, field service or similar processes.
- Good understanding of Knowledge Management processes.
- Handson experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Field Service or Sales Cloud) and/or other CRM/FSM/ERP platforms.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Facilitation and stakeholdermanagement skills; comfortable leading workshops in French and / or Dutch. English is mandatory.
- Structured, proactive and pragmatic; able to thrive in fastmoving environments with high autonomy.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to see ideas through from concept to implementation.
