You are fluent in both English and Italian, in writing and speaking.YOUR ROLEAs a Sales Coordinator, you will bring Channels, Wholesaler & Customer Plans to life by supporting and monitoring partners in sales initiatives.Some of your responsibilities include:Supporting the Area Director in the Channel and Customer Planning process by providing insights, developing content, and initiatives.Supporting Partners'' Sales Managers by contributing to shaping specific customer plans as needed.Interacting regularly with Partners'' Sales Teams to monitor execution progress and provide support.Participating in partners'' Sales Meetings to ensure focus on the Suntory portfolio through insights, product inductions, and brand storytelling.Providing support, guidance, and monitoring to Partners in leading Promoters and Merchandisers teams, including leading special projects.Delivering continuous training to Promoters and Merchandisers.Performing frequent Gemba activities to monitor brand activation initiatives, including those of competitors.YOUR TEAMAt Suntory, people are everything.
