Whenever the relevant proprietary and critical equipment is not produced in-house, the PEQ function has the mandate to set up its strategy and execute its supply chain. The PEQ Post Order Administrator supports the post-order function by handling administrative tasks, issuing work orders (WO), managing inspection notifications, and supporting the management of company tools. He reports functionally to the PEQ Expediting Logistics Manager. Key responsibilities: High proficiency in working with relevant systems for project setup, updates, invoicing, and project closure activities. Ability to prioritize and deliver support requests in a timely manner. Proactive, timely, and accurate follow-up on work orders (WO) in line with contracts and NextChem procedures. Verification of inspection and expediting timesheets, as well as related service entries upon service completion. Regular collaboration and communication with the PEQ POST ORDER Manager, PEQ EXP-LOG Manager, and PEQ Inspection Technical Qualification Group Leader on related matters.
