On E-Frontiers we''re on the lookout for a Project Manager with fluency in German and English to lead and coordinate key projects across international teams for a German based retail company. Responsibilities: * Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget * Liaise with German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication * Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors * Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools * Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively * Prepare regular reports and documentation for stakeholders * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations * Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations * Travels to Germany when required (once per Quarter) Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years preferred) * Fluency in German (C1-C2) and English (both written and spoken) * Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana) * Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities * Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus) Conditions * Freelance contract * Duration: 1-2 years * Staring date: July 1st * Hourly fee: 85-95/hour
