Clinical Sales Specialist/Account Manager Belgium

About the Role

For our client, the global technology leader in fast, whole blood analyzers that support the care of hospitalized and critically ill patients, we are looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist/Account Manager for Belgium. In this role, you will take full ownership of sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with healthcare professionals to introduce state-of-the-art diagnostic solutions that improve patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Drive sales & business development for the Critical Care & POC product family across Belgium

Identify new opportunities through creative prospecting and thorough account qualification

Develop and execute an effective sales strategy with a structured call planning schedule

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Attend industry events, congresses, and workshops to strengthen brand awareness and expertise

Collaborate with Technical Support to assist with installations, training, and after-sales service

Support the General Manager in setting annual revenue and expense targets

Troubleshoot and resolve post-sales issues with the support of the technical team


What You Bring

4+ years of successful sales experience as a Clinical Sales Specialist or similar role in the IVD industry

Expertise in Point of Care testing within a healthcare environment

Strong command of Dutch, French, and English

Scientific or medical background preferred (Bioengineer, Pharmacist, Physician, Clinical Lab, Nursing, etc.)

Ability to build lasting relationships and work effectively with healthcare professionals

Strategic mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
