Were looking for an experienced Business Relationships Manager to take ownership of our partnerships across Europe. If youre someone whos sharp, assertive, and thrives on making deals happen lets talk. What you'll be doing: Representing our brand in negotiations with major sports clubs, stars, contractors, agencies, and any other potential partners. Reviewing and negotiating contracts to make sure our interests are protected (and that were getting the best deal possible). Acting as an agent for the company protecting our business interests while building lasting, productive relationships. Managing existing agreements and making sure what was agreed upon actually gets delivered. Keeping your finger on the pulse of the European market and helping us grow in the right places. Youre a great fit if you: Have 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing (bonus points for a sports or entertainment background). Are fluent in both Polish and English you're confident in high-stakes conversations in both languages. Have excellent negotiation skills you know when to push and how to land a win-win. Are highly organized and follow through on agreements with precision. Are confident, clear, and diplomatic you represent the brand with strength and professionalism. Thrive in fast-moving environments and arent afraid of some pressure. Bonus points for: Experience in sports marketing or representing public figures/talents. A network in the agency world or experience working with/within agencies. A no-nonsense attitude with a human touch we like people who are direct, but kind.
