In your new job you will:
- Define test concepts and manage test specification discussion for Power semiconductor device
- Be responsible for test package development (test hardware and software)
- Closely cooperate with different development teams and production locations
- Optimize test methods to improve quality and reduce test costs
- Implement test solutions in our production locations spanning all around the world
You are a pro-active, self-driven and flexible character who finds problem-solving exciting (as readjustments of e.g. test procedures are part of your daily work routine). Furthermore, you possess the ability to work in a structured, efficient and independent manner, to solve problems and to prioritize tasks accordingly.
As a true team player, you are aware of cultural differences, cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a related discipline
- 9+ years experience in the area of semiconductor testing
- Experience in power device testing with Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Knowledge in all electrical characteristics of Power MOSFETs
- Detailed knowledge of electrical circuit and hardware programming
- Fluent English communications skills and ideally first German language skills
- Ability to work in a structured, efficient and independent (prioritize tasks) manner
- Analytical and problem solving skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
