I am looking for a highly experienced Functional Workday Consultant to support a leading organization in optimizing and maintaining its Workday HCM environment. The assignment will run until at least February 2026, with potential for extension. Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week is required, with 34 days per week expected on-site.

Preferably July (for onboarding), August is also possible.
Your Role:
As a Senior Functional Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for enhancing and configuring existing Workday processes, with a strong focus on HCM. You will be involved in business process optimization, reporting, template creation, and supporting ongoing international rollouts.
