Your Role:
As a WEB Developer at DEKRA, you will be part of a dynamic development team collaborating on international projects. You will contribute to the design and implementation of in-house software solutions such as Radio Regulatory DB, Automotive Components DB, and the Radio Regulatory Newsletter, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
The main tasks of the Web Developer include:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend solutions for internal business applications.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to implement innovative features and services.
- Integrate backend APIs and ensure system scalability and performance.
- Support cross-functional initiatives with the Research (ITA) team.
- Share knowledge and support junior team members when needed.

Qualifications and Required Competencies:
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field..
- More than 5 years working in development teams in similar roles.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming with Java.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework (Security, MVC, Spring Boot, Cloud, etc.).
- Experience with Angular 10+, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integration with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
Valuable Experience and Knowledge:
- Working with databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
- Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Qlik).
- Interest in mentoring and leadership within teams.
