For our international client, a global leader in the IT/Software market, we are looking for an experienced CE Facility Support Engineer to join their expanding team in Schiphol. Job Profile for CE Facility Support Engineer Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Complete all tasks listed in the CE Tech Level 1 and Level 2 role descriptions Support electrical infrastructures throughout the data centre campus, ranging from a single, large-capacity facility to several smaller ones Perform PDU shutdown for power meter replacement Perform Power Interruption Testing (PIT) Master controller shutdown or replacement Perform Remote Power Panel (RPP) shutdown of 1 source. Critical Load is still supplied through one source (N) Candidate Profile for CE Facility Support Engineer Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken High school diploma, GED, or equivalent OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification 5+ years of work or applied learning experience in technical fields (e.g. automotive, electrical, controls, data centre) Qualified Electrical Worker Understanding of the National Electrical Code Experience with building management systems (EPMS) Experience with electrical systems in high availability assembly/manufacturing / critical infrastructure environments such as data centres, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) Previous data centre experience is a plus Able to work a flexible work schedule, which could include 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, 3, 4, or 5-day work weeks What Our Client Offers 27 annual leave days per year, and all Dutch public holidays Pension plan Laptop Travel allowance Footwear- S3 Boots- ankle support with heel counter (not safety shoes) (EN ISO 20345) High Visibility Vests Work in a dynamic, international environment Work with state-of-the-art technology Be part of a team that changes the world
