Humangest, a company specialized in Recruitment and Selection services, is currently looking for an HR Manager Italy on behalf of an international industrial group.Reporting directly to the Global HR Leader, the selected candidate will manage both strategic and operational HR activities across the companys Italian sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate goals; End-to-end HR process management: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance; Coordinate Talent Development, Salary Review, and HR Budget activities; Support leadership in organizational change initiatives; Assist functional supervisors in managing teams, shifts, and daily operations; Ensure proper personnel documentation and labor law compliance; Act as a bridgebetween HQ and local sites, identifying practical solutions; Suggest improvements to foster team motivation and organizational efficiency.RequirementsDegree in Human Resources, Law, or EconomicsMinimum 57 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multi-site contextsFluent English (C1) mandatory for international communicationResidence in or near the San Benedetto del Tronto area is considered a strong plusWillingness to travel occasionally across the companys Italian plantsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skillsLocation: San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) hybrid mode (2 days onsite, 3 remote)Salary: 50.000 70.000 gross annual + company carSGB Humangest is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
