Reporting to the General Manager, youll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, ensuring our clients have an excellent experience.Responsibilities include:Prospecting & lead generation: identify and engage potential healthcare institution clients through research, cold outreach, and leveraging your network.Client presentations: conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase Livos solutions.Relationship management: build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in healthcare institutions.Sales strategy: collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize lead conversion, and execute go-to-market strategies.Onboarding & support: guide new clients through onboarding and serve as a point of contact for a seamless experience.Market insights: stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitors to refine your approach and provide feedback.Reporting & analysis: track your pipeline, report on sales metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement.Your profileWe are seeking a driven, analytical individual with a background in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-growth startup setting and be eager to contribute to a purpose-driven mission:Experience:24 years in sales, preferably in startups, SaaS, or marketplaces.Experience in healthcare, HR tech, or staffing solutions is a strong advantage.
