In a nutshell You will be providing technical assistance andtroubleshooting support to our customers who encounter issues withAutoCad software. What you will be doing - Provide appropriate solutionsto the software issues faced by the customers. - Troubleshoot withminimum assistance. - Make effective decisions to have fastsolutions prioritizing and dealing with the issues on time. -Identify and resolve hot escalations. - Provide 1st level technicalphone support. - Ensure the fault is completely rectified andt itdoes not appear in the future by providing correct feedback tocustomers. - Communicate with customers providing periodicfollow-up to match expectations. - Build positive relationshipswith customers. Your education & experience - Technicaleducational background . - In-depth knowledge of CAD software(e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, CATIA) and their tools,features, and functions. - Professional experience as a CADSpecialist or Designer. - Strong verbal and written communicationskills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. -Previous technical support experience not mandatory, but welcomed.What you need to succeed - Fluent Italian and good level ofEnglish. - Need to be able to make effective decisions, as well ascreatively build effective programs to increase sales and buildcustomer satisfaction based on business needs. - Adapt at balancingpriorities based on repair workload. - Approx. 15-20% travelling(mainly Italy).
