The challenge as International Account Manager / Salesmanager
Thanks to our rapid growth, were ready for our next step and thats where you come in.
We currently operate with 15 employees across three companies, and your focus will be on our core business: Sodaflexx. Up until now, sales have been handled by Sander (our founder and CEO), but as the company grows, his focus is shifting towards strategy, product development, and overall leadership. Were looking for someone who can take over and lead our international sales efforts.
This role might sound like a typical sales position on paper but its not. Youll be representing innovative, sustainable solutions that help the maritime industry reduce its environmental footprint. Our offering includes:
In fact, were currently building the worlds first hydrogen-powered vessel of its kind.
Your Role
You will be responsible for growing our international customer base, with a strong focus on new business (approx. 80%). Expect to travel up to 50% of your time, mainly to Southern Europe (Greece, Cyprus, Turkey shipping companies) and the Baltic States (cruise ferry operators). Over the past three years, weve already mapped the market extensively its now up to you to seize the opportunities.
