Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Systems & Services team working for the West Cluster, based in Belgium or the Netherlands.

More about the role

You will have a pivotal role in delivering projects to customers across all the countries we serve, managing the project from beginning to successful completion. You will be working together with many different stakeholders, like customers, external partners and our internal Sales, Division and Systems and Services teams.

• You will create all project plans and schedules in SAP PS including alignment with customers, supply chain and external vendors.
• You will evaluate and manage all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value and identify up-selling opportunities in course of the project.
• You will manage the projects Profit & Loss, as well as secure and improve the margin.
• You will manage all project updates and agreed alignments with stakeholders.
• You will pro-actively come up with improvements in our way of working, sharing best practices and embrace continuous (LEAN) improvement culture.

More about you

• You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• You are graduated with a Bachelors or Masters Degree, ideally with a background in electrical or electronic engineering.
• You have 3-5 years of relevant experience managing business-to-business projects, ideally within the Building Management Systems area.
• You are an excellent communicator, change manager and collaborator.
• You are willing and able to travel >50% of your time.
