Proposal description:
- Project management for mandatory design modifications.
- Reporting and job evaluation.
Methodology of the service:
-Follow up Proposal: Weekly meetings, proposals for continuous improvement, training plans, follow-up meetings with the main user.
-KPis Proposal: Quality KPI s and Time limit KPI s.
Main tasks:
-Plan windfarm work, review and analyze inspection and repair reports, support windfarm staff, and control times and costs.
-Fulfill planned jobs in times and costs..
-General Deliverables: Drawings, calculation reports, new designs, coordination report...

Technical qualifications needed:
-Academic training: Technical engineer or similar.
-Technical, maintenance and repair knowledge of blades; 3 to 5 years of experience.
-High level English written and oral.
-SW needed: SAP MS-Office, MS-Project.
