JD Logistics is seeking a results-driven individual with supply chain sales experience to drive the sales of supply chain products in the market. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for sales activities across various segments including DTC, B2B, transportation, warehousing, first-mile, last-mile, and full-chain logistics solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams within the business unit.
A successful Business Development Manager will:
- Effectively manage core activities required to achieve or exceed regional profit and profitability targets.
- Engage in overall logistics services and handling, focusing on fulfillment and operational excellence.
- Develop and optimize product models. Monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments, and gather relevant industry information.
- Manage and participate in the development and organization of special projects such as exhibitions, PR activities, and promotions.
- Possess strong business acumen to drive growth and directly influence the development of new solutions and services in JD Logistics'' expanding footprint.
- Provide continuous feedback to management regarding business successes and challenges.
- Offer insights for developing strategic sales plans that reflect the company''s business strategy to expand market share and achieve profitable growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, business development, sales, and/or the supply chain industry.
- Strong business acumen in the logistics and warehousing sector.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.
- Successful experience in driving business, maintaining customer relationships, and managing personnel.
- Excellent leadership, influencing, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor''s degree required.
