Leveraging our parent company MSC Groups centuries of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a new category that appeals to the next generation of luxury travelers.An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Digital Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand, Explora Journeys. This role is based in Milan, Italy.Key AccountabilitiesManage the B2B e-commerce platform and Explora Journeys Guest Area.Document product features and create user stories.Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps.Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product specifications.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.Support testing and release processes for new product updates.Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel industry.Strong personal accountability and commitment to excellence.Structured, well-organized, with the ability to navigate in a matrix organization.Deep knowledge of the digital project lifecycle, especially for complex or technical products.Fast learner and tech-savvy.Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.Openness to occasional travel to the HQ in Geneva.VISA RequirementsRight to work in Italy.Additional InformationAt Explora Journeys, we are redefining luxury ocean travelwhere discovery, well-being, and respect for the seas come together in harmony.
