Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for managing tender files related to building projects.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting cost analyses for projects;
- Overseeing overall project planning and control, ensuring clear understanding of deadlines, budgets, and project scope;
- Collaborating as part of a project team;
- Managing and/or supervising the entire tender process;
- Leading or participating in meetings with partners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors;
- Being part of the team that discusses bids with the client or their consultants;
- Assisting in the development and analysis of project schedules and other internal documentation.
Qualifications
- You hold a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering in Construction;
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a cost estimator for large-scale building, civil engineering, or public works projects;
- You possess a strong knowledge of ICT tools;
- You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset;
- You have solid expertise in cost analysis and tender processes;
- You have experience writing and/or reviewing method statements;
- You are consensus-driven and an attentive listener;
- You communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders;
- You are skilled at negotiating in complex, high-level environments;
- You demonstrate professionalism, entrepreneurial spirit, and a results-oriented mindset;
- You show flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications
- You hold a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering in Construction;
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a cost estimator for large-scale building, civil engineering, or public works projects;
