Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a passion for high-end vessel construction? We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to take the lead in delivering precise, innovative, and high-quality engineering solutions for luxury yacht or cruise vessel projects.
Leading mechanical design and engineering processes within complex vessel projects
Ensuring full compliance with Class & Flag regulations and internal quality standards
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges
Coaching and guiding junior engineers and apprentices
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering for yachts or luxury cruise vessels (required)
Experience with cable/panel planning, system integration, and weight management
Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a quality-driven mindset
