Reporting to the HRManager, the Sales & International HR Business Partner will beresponsible to partner with our international subsidiaries locatedin France, Nordics, Germany, UK, Poland, USA and Australia in orderto define and implement the Group HR strategy. The person will bebased in our Headquarter in Parma and will be available forbusiness trips abroad. Main responsibilities: - Provide support tothe business throughout the development, implementation andmeasurement of an HR plan that proactively meets the businessobjectives & the corporate HR strategy for the internationalsubsidiaries - Act as a business partner to strengthen the link inbetween HR and each subsidiary of the group for talent acquisitionand development topics, salary review strategies, performancemanagement processes and retention plans - Implement and execute HRpolicies and systems within the organization. - Counsel themanagement with suggestions and by planning ahead possibleorganization development for each business unit in coherence withthe HR development strategy. - Ensure monthly payroll operationsare accurately executed by payroll providers, ensuring all employeecompensation data are collected and processed correctly and ontime. - Cooperate on the recruitment process, draw up employmentcontracts and deal with all administration processes. What we arelooking for: - 5-6 years of experience as an HR preferably withinwell-structured and or multinational companies. - Being experiencedat developing HR best practices with a business partneringapproach. - Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian is amust. A third language (French) is preferred.
