With a diverse IT team of 400+ professionals spanning continents, were proud of our multicultural roots and collaborative spirit.Now, were looking for C# Backend Developers who are passionate about building high-performance applications that move money across the worldsecurely, reliably, and at scale.What Youll DoAs part of a small, agile team (2 developers, 1 QA, 1 PM, 1 Lead Dev), youll be:Building backend services (Windows Services, no UI) that drive our money transfer engineCreating solutions to handle transactional processing, scheduled jobs, and ad-hoc requestsCollaborating across teams from DevOps and DBAs to Business Analysts and other developer squadsOwning your code, from development to deployment and support (during regular hours only thanks to our global team coverage)These systems are core to our operation, and while they may not be flashy, theyre vital, resilient, and deeply technical.What Were Looking ForMust-Haves:3+ years of experience with .NET C# and object-oriented programmingSolid SQL skills, especially with stored procedures2+ years of experience with REST API integrationsStrong communication skills in Spanish and good command in English and a team-oriented mindsetBonus Points:Experience with multithreadingFamiliarity with SOAP APIsExposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQUnderstanding of application lifecycle and production support
