The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Krakw and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself. As the Solution Engineer, you will focus on delivering innovative and effective cloud-based CRM solutions, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive customer acquisitions. Collaborating closely with your lead, Product Owner(s), Product Architect(s) and other DevOps teams you will need to understand the business needs, helping Product Architect(s) to convert those needs into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall engineering standards and roadmaps. You will be practicing excellence in engineering to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce IT landscape. You serve as a key contributor in delivering high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce landscape. The role reports directly to the Solution Engineering Lead. design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business requirements develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to enhance CRM functionality integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party applications optimize CRM performance, security, and scalability develop and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and Power BI visualizations work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and user training provide support to other Commerce teams by addressing technical queries, highlighting risks, and proposing improvements across different phases of the development cycle coordinate with development teams to maintain the highest quality standards for the product, ensure that all Heineken standards are applied collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Product Architects, and DevOps teams, to ensure seamless delivery and support of solutions learning: stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape work on continuous improvement of IT and business processes and their implementation in systems Bachelor's degree in computer science, Commerce, Business, or related field proven experience (5+ years) in CRM technology, specifically working with Microsoft Dynamics 365(CRM) strong technical skills, including experience with coding and scripting languages in-depth understanding of CRM experience with CRM systems, data modelling, and integration with external systems (e.G., APIs, ETL processes)ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Technology Stack: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) modules, custom entities, forms, workflows, and business rules, C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL Server, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Blob Storage), REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services, and system integrations, Agile/Scrum development methodologies, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control, implementation security roles, business rules, and field-level security, Unit Testing, UI Testing, and Test Automation frame.
