The Northeast Territory Manager will be responsible for the states of:
NY, VT, CT, MA, NH, ME, RI, (And Canadian Provinces) You must live in this US territory and near a major airport to qualify.
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, facilitating face-to-face meetings with prospects, managing the sales cycle, closing deals and generating revenue in your assigned territory. This position is perfect for someone who knows no stranger, loves a challenge, is very teachable, and will persist until results are reached. This is a fun, supportive environment and although you will be working remotely, you will be a part of a wonderful, collaborative team.
Here''s What You Will Be Doing
- Prospect and develop this market through calling warm inbound leads of potential clients. We have a fully developed inbound marketing system.
- Accurate management of Salesforce database and all sales activity and customer interaction. Our entire company operates off this data.
- Onsite sales calls are required and you will provide timely and accurate field dimensions.
- It is your responsibility to help educate the customer in how to evaluate workspace needs, determine the appropriate features, and resolve their challenges.
- You will have an assigned Designer working on each project with you. The goal is to keep the design team accurately, fully informed, and highly connected with the customer as you continue generating new business.
Requirements
- Willingness to follow our processes and selling style, regardless of your history. We are seeking someone who wants to be taught.
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university or commensurate industry experience is highly preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience utilizing a CRM system, guiding sales process through the use of CRM tools and methods. High proficiency in Salesforce desired.
- Ability to negotiate sales and pricing agreements.
- Must have a current US passport, valid drivers license, clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.
- At least 1 year of outside sales experience in B2B or B2G is preferred and/or a willingness to be taught our process.
More About This Position And Pay
- This role requires 50% travel with approximately 3-8 overnights monthly, using company credit card, executive auto rental, and a mileage reimbursement program.
- OTE for this developed territory is $150K year one. Top reps are earning $145 - 200K. This position will pay a non-negotiable base salary of $70,000 plus uncapped, tiered commission based on gross sales.
