Job Description
The Head of Sales will be a key part of the Belgian management team, responsible for delivering key business objectives in Belgium. You will lead 110 FTE across two sites, Ronse and Antwerp.
- Manage internal sales, marketing, and services teams daily.
- Position Radius as the best-in-class provider for fuel, EV, and telecom solutions.
- Recruit, coach, and develop the team, building market awareness and sales capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver superior service and growth.
- Lead sales to achieve targets and manage customer lifecycle to maximize margins.
- Identify and manage cross-selling opportunities to improve retention.
- Develop innovative solutions with marketing to acquire customers and manage budgets.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning.
- Create an environment supporting performance and retention.
- Proactively manage large accounts to exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in a business-related discipline.
- Experience coaching, motivating, and managing account managers.
- Leadership by example and experience leading inside sales teams.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and deliver business objectives.
- Strong professional credentials and career history.
- Comfort with numbers and P&L management.
- Proven track record in a similar role, operating to high standards.
Preference
- Sector experience in Fuel, EV, Telematics, Banking, or Insurance within small entities.
