To lead this exciting launch andensure the highest standards from day one, we are looking for adynamic and skilled SPA Coordinator to oversee all operational,organizational, and strategic aspects of the wellness departmentwithin the new property. Role Objective: The SPA Coordinator isresponsible for supervising and overseeing the operational andorganizational management of the SPA, consistently monitoringquality standards, compliance with established procedures, andachievement of set objectives. They report to and coordinate withthe General Manager, under whose guidance they define and implementstrategies to ensure the best possible guest experience.Specifically, the role includes outreach aimed at managing andretaining local clientele, as well as internal focus to meet theexpectations of a discerning and knowledgeable internationalclientele, particularly American guests. Key Responsibilities: -Manage front desk activities, bookings, and guest reception at theSPA. - Coordinate and manage work schedules for the team(therapists, receptionists, SPA attendants) to ensure efficientservice in line with expected workloads. - Ensure properimplementation of operational protocols and adherence to SPAquality and hygiene standards. - Monitor guest satisfaction, andhandle feedback and complaints with professionalism. - Collaboratewith the marketing department to promote SPA services to thepublic. - Maintain effective communication with the hotel frontdesk and other departments to foster synergy and integratedofferings. - Oversee the sale of cosmetic products and manageinventory, ensuring timely reorders. - Train and motivate the teamto maintain service excellence. - Manage availability of servicesfor sale across both offline and online channels. - Prepare andanalyze, in collaboration with the General Manager, regular reportson SPA performance (attendance, sales, customer feedback, etc.).Required Skills: - Excellent organizational and coordinationskills. - Strong commercial attitude and guest orientation. -Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail. - Outstandinginterpersonal communication. - Team management and conflictresolution skills. - Solid knowledge of wellness protocols andhigh-end SPA treatments. Languages: - Fluent English (spoken andwritten). - Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French orGerman) is a plus. Education and Experience: - Diploma or Degree inaesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or a related field. - At least 3years of experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury orboutique SPAs, ideally within hospitality venues but with strongorientation toward the local clientele. - Specific experience instart-up roles is considered an added value.
