Job Description SummaryThe QC Analyst is responsible for the execution and documentation of biologic and microbiological testing in conformity with GMP standards and SOPs, ensuring efficiency, competence, and compliance with relevant regulations on ecology and security.Job DescriptionMajor Accountabilities:Perform analysis on excipients, drug substances, drug products, water, and primary packaging according to internal SOPs.Execute stability study protocols, process validation protocols, method validation protocols, and studies related to drug products involved in technology transfer within the field of expertise.Perform sterility tests on products from AAA sites.Conduct instrument performance qualification tests as required.Register analysis results accurately and in compliance with ALCOA+ principles and relevant SOPs.Collaborate with management to achieve departmental objectives.Know and apply relevant SOPs in the field of expertise.Assist in maintaining good conditions of laboratories, instruments, and work environment.Contribute to keeping quality control SOPs updated.Obligatory requirements:Education: Masters degree in Biology (or equivalent) or technical high school education in biology.Languages: Basic knowledge of English, both verbal and written.Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical companies is desirable.Why Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families requires more than innovative science.
