What you''ll do

You will analyze, improve and document IAM processes to ensure secure, efficient access management.
You will work with tools like OneIdentity, SailPoint, Okta or similar to configure, manage and enhance IAM solutions.
You will ensure IAM practices align with security policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
You will partner with IT, security and business teams to define access control policies, RBAC models and identity lifecycle processes.
You will provide expert assistance in resolving IAM-related incidents, ensuring smooth operations.
You will develop guidelines and training sessions to support teams in understanding IAM policies and technologies.

Requirements:

What you bring

You have a Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, a related field or show us you have built up experience equal to this degree.
You have 1-2 years of experience in IT security, IAM or a related field.
You are familiar with IAM tools such as OneIdentity, SailPoint or Okta, which is a plus.
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to turn complex business needs into efficient IAM solutions.
You have a passion for cybersecurity, identity governance and process optimization.
You have the ability to communicate technical concepts to both IT and business audiences.
You are fluent in Dutch or French and master English.
