HR Partners support the HR needsfor the individuals in their groups as needed. HR Partnerssupporting Avanade will be fully focused on providing HR supportfor the Avanade business. Key responsibilities - Provide individualemployee and leader coaching and guidance - Manage key, large scaleHR processes for example performance achievement process. -Accountable to take issues to closure in the areas of careerdevelopment, engagement, compensation, training, performanceachievement (performance counselling). - Help build a community forpeople with similar skills/client focus for the groups they support- Play a key role as a regional onboarding coordinator. - Workclosely with the Talent Strategist and business on the execution ofthe talent strategy by understanding talent priorities and talentprograms to make employees aware of specific opportunities. - Usedata and storytelling to deliver insights to the business aroundkey talent related metrics. - Collaborate with other HR teams tounderstand talent priorities and to develop and execute strategiesand actions around inclusion & diversity, employee experience,and learning / up-skilling. - Deliver 360 value by looking forautomations and efficiencies that elevate the employee experienceand enhance the way we work. - Leverage the employee listeningstrategy and action planning to support employee engagement andstrategic people programs - Provide support for employees so theycan be proficient in their own self-service support - Accountableto take issues to closure in the areas of career development,engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement(performance counselling) - Capture and effectively escalatemoderate/serious ER concerns to central ER to collaborate oninvestigations & resolution management. - Collaborate withTalent Strategist to understand talent priorities and talentprograms to make employees aware of specific opportunities. - Workwith the scheduler as necessary to provide insight into employeeaspirations & coaching people on best fit roles - Work withGlobal Mobility team on Visa escalations, work permits, immigrationmatters - Liaise with Employee Relations, Legal and People Mobilityto ensure compliance with local laws and practices. - Work withbusiness leaders to identify and propose the right talent fordevelopment programs. - May lead a team and provide guidance toensure the team is aligned with business needs and talentstrategies. - Provide coaching, learning and career guidance toensure the team is aligned with business needs and Avanade talentstrategies. - Support key escalations across the team working withexecutive stakeholders.
