The Finance Manager will be based in Brussels, North -East, and work from the EMEA HQ, having an international scope ofresponsibility. Be theexpert of BE accounting regulations. - Develop and implementefficient financial systems and reporting procedures. - Manage asmall team, including one accountant, ensuring proper mentorshipand skill development. - Work closely with the CFO and otherstakeholders to align the financial strategy with organizationalgoals. - Interpret and analyze financial data, providing strategicrecommendations to management. - Ensure smooth cross-countryfinancial reporting, including adjustments at the consolidatedlevel. - Handle client-facing communications and act as a point ofcontact for internal and external partners. - Identify and addressfinancial risks and opportunities proactively. Profiel We areseeking a motivated and experienced Chief Accountant / FinanceManager who is ready to take ownership of the financial function,challenge the status quo, and contribute to the growth anddevelopment of the company. The ideal candidate will bring bothtechnical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the financialstability and success of the business. - Strong knowledge offinance, bookkeeping, and cost accounting. - Experience withBelgian GAAP, and knowledge of BOB accounting software (or similartools). - At least 2 years in a similar role, ideally withexperience in financial management and cost optimization. - Fluentin French and English. - Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook,and SharePoint. - Strong analytical skills with the ability tointerpret financial data and make strategic decisions. - Able tomanage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining financialaccuracy. - A collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership, ableto motivate and guide the team. - Comfortable working in afast-paced, multi-country environment, with high attention todetail and organizational skills.
