Your Responsibilities - Developing andmaintaining embedded Linux systems using Yocto, U-Boot, and Systemd- Integrating and troubleshooting Linux modules and hardwareinterfaces (I2C, CAN, USB) - Configuring and troubleshootingnetwork (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, VPN) - Writing and testing systemservices and user-space applications - Collaborating withcross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performanceYour Profile We are looking for a highly motivated and self-drivenindividual with the following skills: Embedded Linux Development: -Experience in building Linux distributions with Yocto, andconfiguring the Linux kernel and device trees - Familiarity withU-Boot - Understanding of tools for debugging and performancetuning (e.g., strace, dmesg, kernel logs) System Integration andUser Space Development: - Experience with peripheral interfacessuch as SPI, I2C, UART, USB, CAN, and GPIO - Proficient in usingUnix/Linux command-line tools and shell environments - Solidunderstanding of systemd and other init systems Networking: -Experience with network configuration (e.g., DHCP, DNS, VPN) -Capable of troubleshooting and profiling network issues acrossvarious technologies (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 3GPP connectivity) -Understanding of socket programming and common protocols (e.g.,TCP/IP, MQTT, ZMQ) Build Systems and Version Control: Proficiencywith Make, CMake, and Git Software Development Practices: Solidunderstanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and experienceusing software management tools (Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a hands-on,solution-oriented approach. Language Skills: Proficient in English(required). Italian and German are a plus. Nice to Have - Hands-onexperience with Microsoft Azure Pipelines and artifact managementor other CI tools - Awareness of cybersecurity implications inembedded development (e.g., encryption, secure boot) - Ability toread and interpret schematics of simple boards (componentidentification, connection tracing, BOM analysis) - Basicfamiliarity with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes,multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators Ready to ElevateYour Career?
