Were looking for a Java Technical Lead who can guide a talented development team while owning the architecture and quality of critical back-end systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Drive architecture and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
- Provide code-level guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.
- Implement and optimize cloud-native services in a Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Work closely with product and QA teams to ensure technical excellence.
- Build and manage event-driven systems using Kafka, caching tools, and modern databases.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate their adoption when beneficial.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of Java development experience with modern frameworks.
- Solid experience working in Kubernetes-based environments.
- Strong leadership and mentoring background.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and distributed caching systems (e.g., Redis, Memcached).
- Prior iGaming industry experience is required.
- Familiarity with front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, Angular/React) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- At least B2 level of English.
