Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive sales and build strong client relationships within the Internet Service Provider (ISP) market. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and contributing to strategic business growth.
Experience Industry Knowledge:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the ISP market.
- Strong network within the ISP industry, preferably with Eurofiber or Deltafiber.
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including IP/IT, fixed-access networks, optical solutions, and storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing ISP clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Negotiation: Close deals and negotiate terms to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts; proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning Reporting: Set client sales targets, track progress, and report to leadership. Lead client meetings and represent the company at industry events.
