Tyvak International is seeking newmembers to join their team to support space mission development. Weare looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join ourteam. The candidate will contribute to the design of mechanicalcomponents and systems to be integrated in a variety of spacevehicles following all phases of their development cycle, startingfrom the concept level up to system integration and launch. Thisrole involves working in a highly multidisciplinary team to ensurethat the designed systems meet all reliability and performancestandards required to withstand the harsh environments of space. Itis expected that the individual will have an ability and desire tolearn, grow, and discover continuously. Key Responsibilities -Support requirements generation, accommodation, manufacturing andintegration discussions - Work with multiple teams such asElectrical, Systems, Structural and Thermal Engineering to developoptimal solutions for complex design problems - Design mechanicalcomponents, structures and mechanisms for spacecraft systems -Develop detailed CAD models and prepare technical drawings orientedto manufacturing and chemical treatment application - Prepare andpresent technical documentation to support design reviews - Developassembly and integration procedures at subsystem and system level -Provide engineering support to AIT phases by analyzing and solvingHW non-conformances - Maintain and update the 3D models anddrawings database Requirements - BS or MS in Mechanical orAerospace Engineering - Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2years of experience - Proven proficiency in working with CADsoftware (SolidWorks preferred) - Proven ability in using ProductLifecycle Management tools (SolidWorks PDM preferred) - Strongmechanical background - Knowledgeable and proficient in applyingadvanced engineering principles - Basic understanding of materials,treatments and coatings selection principles - Ability to producetechnical documentation - Ability to document complex designs andprocedures with attention to details - Good communication with teammembers - Ability to provide and receive constructive criticism -Proficient use of written and oral English language PreferredQualifications - Previous working experience within the Aerospaceindustry - Knowledge of standards such as ECSS or NASA for spacesystems - Knowledge of space environments including launch,radiation and thermal effects - Previous experience withinStructural or Thermal Engineering domains - Hands-on experiencewith additive manufacturing Benefits Salary and benefits are EUmarket competitive and include Welfare, Benefits, PrivateInsurance, Flexible working Hours.
