Our site in Carugate is a competence center for semi-solids, including creams and gels.Your key responsibilitiesBased on the strategic plan of the cluster, this individual will be responsible for driving productivity increases at the Italian plants through detailed plans with mid- and long-term actions aimed at streamlining processes and eliminating waste.The focus will be on: cost reduction & profitability increase; portfolio optimization; capacity rationalization; OEE improvement; quality and safety standards enhancement; and customer service improvements.Additionally, you will lead the Sites Master Plans for continuous improvement in operations and its roadmap by implementing efficiency programs aligned with corporate goals.
