Are you passionate about AI-driven innovation in healthcare? Were looking for a Senior AI Research Engineer to join our Innovation team and help shape the future of cancer detection through advanced AI models.
In this role, youll develop and apply state-of-the-art AI techniquessuch as foundation models, vision transformers, multimodal models, and large-language modelsto solve critical challenges in breast cancer care. Working closely with clinical experts, youll contribute to ground breaking solutions that make a real impact.
What Youll Do
- Develop cutting-edge AI models for cancer detection.
- Apply deep learning and self-supervised learning methods to large-scale medical imaging datasets.
- Collaborate with clinical and AI experts to translate research into real-world clinical applications.
- Maintain a clean, structured coding environment and promote best practices.
- Mentor interns and support team members by sharing knowledge and expertise.
What You Bring
- A Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience developing AI applications in radiology using large datasets and GPU clusters.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning, self-supervised training methods, and medical imaging AI.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorBoard, and Slurm.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cloud-based AI development and Docker containers.
- Professional coding experience in a collaborative software development environment
