He/She ensures continuous process improvement, searches for new optimization possibilities, and pays particular attention to load optimization from economic and environmental perspectives.ResponsibilitiesSupport the definition, update, and implementation of optimal routes to minimize costs and delivery times.Organize load assignments to vehicles considering capacity and product characteristics, ensuring timely deliveries.Coordinate with logistics service providers (couriers, secondary distribution HUBs).Manage courier contractual monitoring and renewal, focusing on SLA and KPI.Monitor shipments and ensure delivery compliance at Domp distribution HUBs; support transportation issue resolution and communicate shipment status to internal/external customers and suppliers.Maintain traceability of all transports, cross-reference data, analyze transport costs, and identify improvement areas. Prepare reports for management review.Manage customer requests and resolve related issues.Evaluate new technologies, such as telematics systems, to improve transport efficiency.QualificationsBachelor''s or Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Management Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related disciplines.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of SAP (SAP S/4HANA - Production Planning and Material Management modules).Business data analysis skills.Knowledge of key Supply Chain processes, including Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Order Management, Delivery Management, Inventory Management, Customer Care, and finished product supplier management.Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, especially GDP.Fluent in Italian and English.Preferred SkillsPharmaceutical experience (at least 3-5 years) is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
