Role Overview We seek an experienced Sales Manager todrive business development for private label and OEM productsacross Europe. The ideal candidate will leverage their B2Bexpertise and established retail network to expand our partnershipswith chain retailers, ensuring alignment with production andlogistics capabilities. Key Responsibilities Business Development& Sales Strategy - Identify and secure partnerships withEuropean retailers for private label and OEM product lines. -Develop tailored sales strategies to meet market demands, aligningwith production timelines and logistics constraints. ClientRelationship Management - Maintain and strengthen relationshipswith key retail accounts, providing end-to-end support fromnegotiation to delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams(R&D, production, logistics) to ensure client requirements aremet. Market Intelligence - Monitor trends in the FMCG sector,including competitor activity and consumer preferences, to supportcorporate strategic decisions. Supply Chain Coordination - Overseethe end-to-end value chain, ensuring seamless coordination betweenproduction, quality control, and logistics for timely delivery.Requirements - Minimum 5 years in B2B sales within FMCG, preferablyin household/personal care products. - Proven track record inprivate label/OEM sales in European markets and existing networkwith brand owners and chain retailers (e.g., supermarkets,pharmacies). - Deep understanding of FMCG value chains, includingproduction, QA, and logistics. - Cultural sensitivity to navigatediverse European markets, with active listening skills to decodeclient needs. - Data-driven decision-making to balancecost-efficiency with retailer margin expectations. - Self-starterattitude with tenacity to thrive in competitive markets. - Fluencyin English; proficiency in German/French is a plus. - Bachelorsdegree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
