Through its solar division,the company is active in the development, investment, construction,and operation of photovoltaic plants, as well as in the supply ofgreen electricity and advanced energy solutions for clients inseveral European markets. Your new role - Oversee full projectlifecycle: Manage all phases of construction projects frominitiation through execution to final delivery. - Budget andschedule control: Ensure projects remain on time and within budgetthrough proactive planning and monitoring. - Site coordination:Direct and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring alignmentbetween contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. - Gridconnection expertise: Manage and resolve grid connection issues,ensuring successful integration of power plants into the nationalelectricity grid in compliance with regulatory and technicalrequirements. - Quality and safety assurance: Enforce compliancewith safety regulations and quality standards throughout theconstruction process. - Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate withclients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to defineobjectives and resolve technical or logistical issues. - Contractand bid management: Prepare and review project bids, negotiatesubcontractor agreements, and manage contract execution. -Technical support: Assist engineering teams in resolving design andexecution challenges, ensuring technical feasibility andefficiency. - Progress reporting: Provide regular updates onproject status, identifying risks and implementing correctiveactions as needed. - Permitting oversight (streamlined): Superviseessential permitting activities and coordinate with externalconsultants and authorities to avoid project delays. What do youneed to succeed? - You have a university degree to a mastersdegree and have +3 years of experience in secondary permitsmanagement during construction (preferably photovoltaic). - Englishand Italian are mandatory. - Good technical knowledge inphotovoltaic, electricity and building, carpentry. - Experience ingrid connection problematics - You are a good comunicator,rigorous, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility. - You willbe required to be 50% of your time on site and to to travelextensively.
